The presentation packet for the employee is a very important part of any recognition program. Each packet from Valley Marketing will be customized to present the customer's unique image to its most valuable asset its employee.
To accomplish this, each presentation packet must present an image of quality. The recipient will receive a presentation packet for their appropriate anniversary level containing the following material:
- Full Color, Product Selection Page with Your Company Logo
- Order Form/Product Description Sheet
- Teal Presentation Folder with Gold Seal Featuring Your Logo
- President's Letter, (suggested: on your letterhead, supplied by client)
- Postage Paid/ Order Return Envelope (optional)
- Envelope Signifying "Years of Service" with Employee Label
Order forms may be bar coded, depending on the program. Any additional information required by the customer can be added to label and order form, i.e. employee number, department, anniversary date, etc.
Distribution of the solicitation package to the employee can be done by client or packets can be sent directly to employee residence. Any postage required will be billed separately.
